New Investor Looking for Long Term Rentals in Minnesota

Hello Everyone,

I am an investor in Minnesota looking to connect with others. My goal is to purchase 10+ long term rentals over the next 5-8 years to generate income that allows for more time flexibility. I would also like to build this small business to show my young boys other avenues in life outside the corporate world and ideally work with them as they get older if they are interested.

I have been doing a fair amount of learning the last 3-6 months and feel some momentum this week as I have put in 4 different offers. Three have been turned down so far, but hopefully the fourth goes through tomorrow. I am targeting the northern suburbs of the Twin Cities, but also looking at other areas such as St. Cloud, Duluth, Mankato and Rochester.

A fun fact about me is that Maui is my favorite place and I would love to acquire a short term rental in Hawaii in the near future.

Please reach out to connect.
