Hey Joel,

Honestly, there so many avenues to go in RE that I've got to focus on one to go into to see if it interests otherwise I'm chasing the shiney object and getting nothing done.

I appreciate your advice on the head broker issue. I need to research all the ins and outs of getting licensed and talk with brokers on what to do once licensed.

Kevin,

Issaquah is a great area! I've never heard of the Vestus foreclosure group. Thanks for the tip!

So far we are not looking at SFH for buy and hold, just for wholesaling if and when we get out there to find sellers.

This might seem cliche, but I have to credit Robert Kiyosaki for my eventual discovery of BP, in an indirect way of course.

Big fan of the podcast! Been a blog/forum lurker for about a month now.

Not in a million years would I have told you 3 months ago that I'd ever be interested in real estate in the ways I am now considering. Seems like driving around now is an amazing adventure seeing all sorts of for rent/for sale signs (even commercial ones get me excited now) and thinking about the possibilities involved with real estate.

My husband and I have been immersed in all things flipping/multifamily/buy and hold/financing for many weeks and are considering getting our RE licenses as some point. Right now we are looking at properties just to get a feel for what is out there in our area.

Thanks for this wonderful community and best of luck to all of you!
