This might seem cliche, but I have to credit Robert Kiyosaki for my eventual discovery of BP, in an indirect way of course.

Big fan of the podcast! Been a blog/forum lurker for about a month now.

Not in a million years would I have told you 3 months ago that I'd ever be interested in real estate in the ways I am now considering. Seems like driving around now is an amazing adventure seeing all sorts of for rent/for sale signs (even commercial ones get me excited now) and thinking about the possibilities involved with real estate.

My husband and I have been immersed in all things flipping/multifamily/buy and hold/financing for many weeks and are considering getting our RE licenses as some point. Right now we are looking at properties just to get a feel for what is out there in our area.

Thanks for this wonderful community and best of luck to all of you!
