Thank you Nick. So do you suggest to invest in auction or non auction (normal sale) real estate. 

My friend meant that the prices in auction are same as if they are on normal real estate sale webpages, while auction is being expected to be cheaper.

Hi guys, 

Some of my friends who are in real estate are saying that there is no sense to go for auction with 150 K. Because the bids are going very high. Instead makes more sense to find a price proper real estate and invest into it. Want to know what do you think.
