I have no experience wholesaling but I have a lot of experience researching on this site and others :-)). THe Education tab has forums and webinars. If you use the search term "Wholesaling" in the search above, you will see a range of things to read including a beginner's guide.

My husband and I have also been looking in Southeast FL. We are from NY and own a condo down here as a 2nd home. We have looked at a few places and going today to look at a few more. Can anyone recommend a Realtor who is experienced in investment properties? We are looking for Duplex to Fourplex in Fort Lauderdale and vicinity. Thx

Hi Cassidy,

I am retired. As I understand, proof of my pension is just a phone call away. They can send a letter stating what I receive and that I receive my pension for life. I worked in NYC. I've been told that not all pensions are for life so I would ask if he has that capability.
