Thank you Velentina, this is the answer I was looking for. Surely I am looking SFH with swiming pool as this a must for the Orlando and sunshine state. Also I will not just start the AirBnb but rather will make it perfect then will jump into it.

Hello.

Should I focus on SFH or Condo: SFH with the private pool.

How far should it be from Disney's: up to 10 miles

What extra should I provide in the rental: a view, modern design, a work station :)

Hellp BP Community

As being starting out in short term rental space . Would like to know your thoughts on the Orlando market for a short term rental like 3 bed 2 bath single family home.

My questions is

Should I focus on SFH or Condo

How far should it be from Disney's

What extra should I provide in the rental.

If I am missing something then please add it.

Looking for all of your advice.

@Gregg Cohen Thank you for the reply and the great information. I am currently checking the MLS for the rent prices. The website mentioned by you will help me too. You are right about the four profit centers which are home price appreciation, tax savings, principal paydown, and inflation-hedging. I am keeping all these in mind which choosing my first market and deals. Realy speaking all this information is a great resource for a person like me who is looking to start.

@David Paul Westenberger Thanks for the information, surely I am searching for the BP masterminds and looking for one for me. Really meeting like-minded people always helps to focus and learn lot of things from each other.
