As being starting out in short term rental space . Would like to know your thoughts on the Orlando market for a short term rental like 3 bed 2 bath single family home.

My questions is

Should I focus on SFH or Condo

How far should it be from Disney's

What extra should I provide in the rental.

If I am missing something then please add it.

Looking for all of your advice.
