@Alexander Szikla I have not stated investing in SFH or any sort of real estate, only had been a land investor in Florida, Arizona & Colorado. Looking for some good market and returns. New to Biggerpocket too and want to increase my network and knowledge while I find my first deal and start journey as REI fully.

I am a new investor in real estate with little experience in land investment in Colorado, Florida & New York. Looking to start my journey with a buy and hold strategy in single-family homes, condos, apartment units, mobile homes, townhome,s, etc. Currently looking for the first real estate investment with seller financing or private money as I didn't have great cash in savings. Accomplishing a master’s in business management I stressed upon becoming a passionate professional in the real estate business area covering a full gamut of its every aspect where it requires knowledge, experience, and expertise to achieve success and fulfill one’s objective. This sector comprises teamwork, cooperation, and support from each member. I do not claim myself as a veteran but got exposed to the real estate business for quite some time.

I look to associating myself with a wide network of expertise that begins with exploring the property, pricing, fund accumulation /investment, management, and even monetization of the property. Exchange of know-how in this business is the essence of success and exchange of knowledge

Any Advice.........for a newbie 

I am a new investor in the market, basically, I am looking to Single Family or Duplex with Owner Financing. Is there any individual, organization, company, or any lender who does this. I am open to discussion about rates and other things.

I am Deb Bandyopadhyay, an out of state investor. Looking for a private lender who can finance me the 100% amount of the sale price or full LTV. The price of the rental property will be from $45000 to $120000 max. I use Roofstock to buy and hold properties for long term cash flow and appreciations. Also, I make sure that the property is rented out. In addition to that, I will be needing a rehab loan also depending on the properties. There are different markets in Tennessee, Ohio, Florida, Indiana, Michigan etc. As if some lender is interested then it will be a long term relationship as I am looking to acquire properties one by one. I give more value to cash flow as then the mortgages will be also be paired and also the I will have some cash flow. The loan can be 10 to 30 years.
