Hi I've looked for 2 days and cannot find. I'm looking for wording for my leases regarding pest control (specifically bed bugs). Someone on here mentioned a clause for them , but I have no idea how to word it. I have that I cover pest control for the first 10 days, but obviously they can bring the bed bugs with them. I'm extremely thorough and would NEVER allow someone to move in with any pests. TIA

I understand about letting Dias tenant out of lease and returning the deposit My question is about temporary housing. Is LL required to put the tenant in a hotel and pay for it? Even if it takes a month or more

This is all I can find. Says nothing about paying for temp housing 83.63 Casualty damage.—If the premises are damaged or destroyed other than by the wrongful or negligent acts of the tenant so that the enjoyment of the premises is substantially impaired, the tenant may terminate the rental agreement and immediately vacate the premises. The tenant may vacate the part of the premises rendered unusable by the casualty, in which case the tenant’s liability for rent shall be reduced by the fair rental value of that part of the premises damaged or destroyed. If the rental agreement is terminated, the landlord shall comply with s. 83.49(3).

I worded that wrong. I mean if they just get a different job. Not move out. In case of eviction later or abandonment and need to find them

If ur just looking at the time stamp on an email, this isn't quite fair. I don't sleep well at night so do a lot of work then and yes emails. Now calling someone late, NO. I'm having people call n text at midnight about a house I have for rent. I won't ever respond.

I can't find answer anywhere. If a hurricane makes property un inhabitable, does LL have to pay for tenant to stay in a hotel? I thought that's what renters insurance was for. I was told LL has to pay

No has nothing to do with being gay. I support. I just don't want a roommate situation. One has their half of the rent and the other doesn't. Even tho I say ONE CHECK and ur both responsible! One gets mad at the other n wants to leave. Yes it can happen to anyone, but more likely with Roomates in my experience anyway. Thank u for ur time
