Hi @Gabriel Kolendrekaj this looks really interesting. Will it be Staten Island?

Thanks @Joshua Davies definitely helpful and I think thats the route we're going to go.

@Theo Hicks I like your ideas on getting these relationships off the ground. We're going to look at implementing some of these.

@Amy Wan Makes sense, my inclination is we should go bigger and look at how we can perhaps run the deal in tandem with a more experienced syndicator in a mutually beneficial capacity so we can bring more capital to bear and perhaps make the transaction costs less onerous.

Have you seen deals run like that? Two syndicators with their respective networks?

@Scott Morongell I agree, it seems like the other methods aren't going to work in most cases compared to canvassing the brokers operating in the market.

@Luke Miller I tend to agree with you there. Seems to me that establishing the track record we want to wouldn't be served by using a shortcut just to reduce a legal line item. In our view we should be able to structure the deal to benefit investors over ourselves sufficiently to offset the syndication cost and the real goal is in scaling up not making a bunch on the first deal.
