Well,

i dove in....Want to accelerate my learning curve and my earning curve...In week 1 of the course. They only unlock 2 weeks of the 6 week course every 7 days. Sort of fluffy, mindset material in week one. Week 2 delves into REI principles. Solid, private FB group. 2x/week mentoring calls. Seems legit.

Just be a "rhino", have thick skin and charge ahead! Great little book btw, Rhinocerous Success, Scott Alexander. Definitely helped change my attitude towards the naysayers. Made 2 offers on rental properties this week.
