Goals are to get started in REI. This unit is in my price range, renter in place, turn key. I see lots of SFR and multi-family 5+ unit investing but no single apartment unit investing. The numbers work out to a nearly 12% cap rate. Seems like a great deal. The again, Dean

I plan to retire in a couple of yrs with a pension and some other investments. Id like to be able to replace $70k+/yr with REI...Realistic or pipe dream?
