I am the lead manager for Blackjack Real Estate. We use Podio with Investorfuse integrated to help things run smoothly. Although this is the only CRM I've ever used, I'd have to say it does what we need it to. Is it perfect? No, there are some changes I'd love to make that are specific to how we run the company. Everyone is different and I think it would almost impossible to create a CRM that would fit everyone's needs. I know Podio would be your solution to the items mentioned above. (This is not a paid advertisement, LOL)

There is so much information here. Thank you all for sharing. Has anyone ever heard of Scott Meyers? He has some training on storage units. Anyone been to any of his meetings or joined his team?

I'm new to storage units in a sense that my husband and I have just started looking into for our real estate investment. We are newbies by every sense of the word but not new to real estate (SFH). It appears you have thought about every aspect regarding this opportunity. I'd like to follow this thread to see what comes of it. Very interesting indeed! Best of Luck!

@Mic Nguyen, The Tuesday nights are a different meeting with more teaching and less networking. Those are part of the P.I.G. (Professional Investors Guild) and is held at the Pensacola Bay Center downtown, Tues. April 12. There is a required membership fee but the first one is free. Some of us here attend that one as well.
