Hi David. Is it really a 2 bedroom and 1 bath? The pic seems to show more rooms. Also, are there more pics of kitchen?

Thx

David

Hi.

I'm planning to purchase a multi-family property (via 1031 exchange) in the next 2-3 months and I'm looking for recommendation on an experienced multi-family / commercial attorney that is experienced with Texas real estate law. Since I will be doing a 1031 exchange, it would be good to know someone that have some experience in that area as well. I will need help in drafting / review all required legal documents during the purchase process.

It would be great to get a few good recommendations!

Thank you!

David

Hi. Can you forward me some pics and info of this property? Thanx! David

Hi everyone

I know there are Class A, B, C and D for apartments. Also, I see listings on craiglist or loopnet that will show a class for an apartment once in a while. Is there a web site that will show exactly what the classification for a certain apartment would be? Or, is the only way to determine this is by knowing how old the building is and the type of rent that will get for that area?

I'm interested in finding Class C apartments in a Class B area.

Thank you!

David
