Looking for Class C Apartments in Class B area.

Hi everyone

I know there are Class A, B, C and D for apartments. Also, I see listings on craiglist or loopnet that will show a class for an apartment once in a while. Is there a web site that will show exactly what the classification for a certain apartment would be? Or, is the only way to determine this is by knowing how old the building is and the type of rent that will get for that area?

I'm interested in finding Class C apartments in a Class B area.

Thank you!

David
