Welcome @Mona B..  That decision seems to always be in front of us...When/where/how to invest in your business!  I think you are the only one who can adequately answer that but I will say that it would have been impossible for me to get where I am at today without first investing in my education.  With that said, I have NO IDEA about the type of mentoring you are looking at so can't necessarily recommend them but I would say that there is a ton of value in having someone locally that can work with you on deals, answer questions and be there for you until you get your feet wet.  Let me know if you have any specific questions.  Good luck!
