We are a fast-paced real estate investment company looking for a web savvy, customer friendly and detail orientated lead manager… If you have what it takes, we'll know.
The ideal candidate has a strong customer support orientation, upbeat, and positive phone personality with excellent written/email communication skills. The candidate is investigative, curious, detail-oriented and skilled in having conversations with prospects to quickly determine next steps. Must be able to interact with people and professionals at all levels in an appropriate manner, and juggle a fast-paced environment, and intensive deadlines. The ability to remain flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient is essential, all with a high level of professionalism. Candidate must be comfortable with software and website navigation and able to quickly learn new platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide front line phone and email support related to our real estate investment business. Must possess a high comfort level working with technology at a fast pace, including cloud-based software tools, general web browsing, Microsoft Word and Excel files, email, etc.
The ability to express empathy in verbal and written communication.
Above average typing skills (>50 words per minute with >95% accuracy).
Good communication skills over the phone (polite, good listener, able to direct a conversation using phone scripts while sounding natural).
Manage all leads in our online CRM to ensure no lead falls through the cracks
Book appointments for the Acquisitions team
Send offers to prospects
REQUIREMENTS:
1 years+ in a customer service/technical support role for software-based company.
Degree not required, but a plus.
Real estate experience not required but is a BIG plus.
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and stay current on changing product features and services.
Excellent and proactive calendar management skills Expert written and verbal communication skills and strong decision making ability are essential
Excellent organizational skills and devotion to detail. Mastery of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Support experience in a professional media or marketing environment is HUGE plus Proficiency on a Mac is preferred
A strong work ethic is essential
