Try MNReia. We meet every first Tuesday of the month. It's a great place to network and learn about real estate.

Also Pine Financial holds meetings throughout month. They also provide valuable info on flipping, buy and holds.

It depends. If you are gong to do rehabs, having a license might help you when selling the rehabbed property by saving on the realtor fees. If you are going to do large multifamily deals then I don't think you need a license. You will be working with your team (broker, lawyer, accountant, bank lender). Plus keep in mind when you get a license you will have to hang it with a broker for three years. There can be some costs and fees associated with a brokerage. Then there are continuing education requirements. So there...

Personally I don't think you need a license, but everybody's situation/needs are different. Do whatever works for you.

Any suggestions on how you guys are handling this because I know we all deal with the same headaches day in day out. thanks!

Grow the business even more, get bigger problems. This way you will generate more income which will allow you to delegate tasks to other people and companies. Think big and don't get hung up on minor details.

Great, I plan on attending it.
