Eastern's terms were on par with the national lenders. That is why I stayed with my current bank.

They are legit. I have met with them in regards to financing one of my properties. Didn't use them though because my current bank offered me better terms. If you need a contact at Eastern let me know. I believe they actually are based out of Jersey.

I use it to create our own lists for our direct mail campaigns. Haven't used the crm features. I am a pen and paper guy. Very pleased with the software. Also use it for basic research on properties that I am interested in.

Not the best neighborhood. Couple blocks away you are in the projects. Couple blocks the other way and you have nice single families. c neighborhood

Hi Karen, if you feel that you need some additional education and direction I would recommend that you find your local Reias and attend a few meetings. All of them have some kind of mentorship program a lot cheaper than any of the guru programs and you will be working with local investors who are familiar with the local real estate market.

Use your own title company. Hubzu will discount you $500 to use theirs but their customer service is terrible.They don't return phone calls,can't understand the person on the other end, and will not get you to closing on time.

I second REIPRO. I have found it to be very user friendly with great customer support if you have any questions or problems

Welcome Greg. Check out your local investor groups. Balt REIA has 7 meetings a month most of them within 15 minutes of your house. plenty of networking and great speakers to help increase your knowledge of real estate
