Look into vinyl or steel. We install lot of siding every year, lp and Hardie aren't maintenance free even though there marketed that way. If it was my rental I would be doing vinyl. It's maintenance free and affordable. ( I don't have to look at it every day and it's serving it's purpose as water proofing building) that's just my opinion though

I have been buying property for last 5 years. I am currently in process of closing on 13 and 14th sfh. To date I have been putting 20 percent down or recently started using equity in paid off property

. My question is how do I find other people to start financing these deals. My day job is a contractor so I have been looking for homes that cost 50k to 70k and doing 20k in repairs. My system has been working but the more homes I aquire the sooner I can quite swinging a hammer. Just looking for advice on how I can get myself to the next level. We are in the Rockford Illinois area and you can't buy houses fast enough to rent out. I would love to get 50 units in next couple years. Thanks
