@Deborah Burian hi again, it will not let me edit my older post only update them. I could only edit a guess new post, take a look at older post, and see if you can edit, it also does not allow you to delete older post. p.s. nice to meet you.

hi @Deborah Burian it wont let me do it...

I think below are a few things that will make the pro account better and more productive:

Add an advance search so we can find other users, per regions, skills, area of investments such as flippers, Realtors, contractor's.

Add a more advance break down of sub categories on forms, contracts, videos and pod cast.

Make forms and contracts white labels so users can just add their logos to them.

I want to open a meet up in Staten island new York, I would like to have a guess speaker or speaker's from bigger pockets Network, have a list to see who is around our areas and would like to share knowledge for free to others investors.

Let users give thier inside knowledge from their prior field to other network members. I'm a web solution provider I would love to help others members to know what to stay away from or do in technology.

And the number 1 thing to update on the site would be: to allow users to update or edit post. Every social media site or word press or regular site allows users to edit their post in case of spelling or grammatical errors. As a tech person this is my biggest issue with this network.

my property when on the market! I was so exited and man it so so much hard work.

Hi everyone just wanted to share a few tips on web site development and SEO optimization.

Before i go into the topic I would like to share a fast overview on my background: I'm David from NY, I been on the IT side for over 26 years as a w2 employee as well as a independent consultant.I specialize in the following systems, business models and technologies: SharePoint, ASP.NET, Power builder, Content Management systems, HTML, XML, Web Services, JavaScript, ASP, PHP, CSS, MS Project, Excel, WordPress, Salesforce, WordPress, Visual Studio, SharePoint designer, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Flash, illustrator, In-design, after affects, Oracle, ms sql, my sql, access, excel, business intelligence, Technical project management video editing and much more. Microsoft certified professional since 2003.

Tech tips:

  • Build your web site on word press, it is the easiest and cheapest way to have a web site without having learn how to program.
  • Always tag your pictures when you add a new image to your site. Example: if i have a web site for flipping houses in Laurence harbor new jersey, and I’m going to upload an images about a broken house I would tag it as "broken house best house flippers Laurence harbor new jersey" you can also name the images the same.
  • Don’t use common words for your tags, key words or descriptions, example "and, in, as, are" these common words are also known as STOP WORDS, please go to https://jacobstoops.com/blog/seo-stop-words/ to see a full description of the Stop words.
  • Update your WordPress themes and plug-ins, every couple of weeks but do NOT set up for automatically update. Auto updates may break your current theme or plug-ins because WordPress may not be in the same version as the themes, or plug-ins.
  • don't upload your video to your WordPress site, add your video in YouTube and then add your link onto your web site page, this will keep the bandwidth to a minimum and your tube will help you index your site, product and services with google and other search engines.
  • Use pay per click ONLY to start your business, but your end goals should be to keep your content organic. Organic SEO is when you have topics related to your industry. write about how you can buy houses in your area, makes sure you always add the area niche on your content.
  • Always have and email address and phone number on your contact page, just in case the contact form does not work.
  • Stay away from web sites that have too many things going on, when it comes to web site design the best model is always keep it simple stupid "KISS".
  • Don’t pay too much for a domain name or hosting, try godaddy: domain name $12 per year, and web hosting (where you are going to put your site for the world to see) under 7 dollars per month.
  • Web developer are like contracts, you will find a million and one developers that think they can do your work but only a few will understand your business, your goals and how to get you there. Don’t cut corners on development and don't go offshore REMEMBER you get for what you pay for, Trust meon this i know byexperience.
  • Don’t believe people who tell you that they can get you in the top 10 search results organically in less than 30 days.
  • If your web developer or Web Company has worked in only one place or on 1 project, they probably won’t be able to take your business to the next level.
  • Promote on social media, promote, promote, promote. Facebook is best because of the age, marital status and income niche.

Well, I hope some of the tips above can you on your real estate journeys.

David

Hi everyone, What area's are good to invest in. I love Florida but u guess everyone from new York does too. Lol

the webminars and podcast are such a great tool in this community, it allow us to open the doors to our imagination and opportunities. The best thing about this communication is that we learn the good and bad about the field and it is not just a sales pitch but we are learning by other people experiences and journey. Thanks bp

Post: What’s wrong with flat roofs?

Hi, flat roofs keep snow, water/rain, branches and other debris on top of the house adding wear and tear to the roof, when you have an angle the snow, rain, and debris will fall down. For maintenance purpose and life of roof is better to have a pitch.

hi one if the best software for internal firm is ms SharePoint, this product will allow you to create sites, report on properties business intelligence, collaboration across regions.
