hi it is very hard to find a so call Facebook expert because the algorithm changes so fast. It us also easier to promote an event than a house. Try this, create a meet up and do free event's once every two weeks, don't do any sales gimmicks or pitches but at the end if your meet ups show the properties that you are selling it want to buy. Promote your meet up on Facebook, Linkin, This is a great way to network and also Facebook and meetup will get you on the search engines fast.

Hi everyone, i'm reaching out to the BP community for help. I have a property in Poconos PA, I purchased this property over a year ago, after calculating the numbers i can sale the property for about $100,000. I own the property free and clear, but i had a flood in basement, and i need about $35,000 to finish the rehab. How do i turn this into an opportunity, do i try to partnership with a contractor, sale it as is or fix/flip.

@Brandon Turner @Mindy Jensen I seen so many podcast's and follow the webinars, each podcast opens new doors to opportunities but i know i need to reach out to you guys and see if anyone can help turning this flip into an opportunity.

thanks

@Mindy Jensen thank you, but is there any way to correct the post errors?
