As an investor, I have purchased a 24-Unit apartment building in Centralia, a SFR, and a 15-Unit storage building in Centralia. I am currently helping someone else looking at an apartment building there as well. Since I'm a agent as well, I can help you find any taxes on any property you might be interested in in Washington State.

Hi Wendy. I sent you a PM. I just bought a 24-Unit apartment building, 14-Unit self-storage building, and a SFR (and a parking lot!), in an all in one deal. Here is the MLS information. I'll write up a blog post soon with all the details.

I can help you with smaller multi-families as well. I have a few there that I've kept my eye on.

Colt Savage, I provided my own down payment. I refinanced my house.

Yes, it was on MLS for 3 months. It also came with a SFR and a 14 unit storage building!

Did you sit down with the property manager and bring up your concerns? What was there explanation? Are they renting to the wrong people?

Hello BP Pros in Washington State. I have a W2 job as a Seattle Police lieutenant. I also am a licensed real estate agent with Windermere in Seattle. Lastly, I am purchasing a 24-Unit apartment building in Centralia, closing next month. I am looking for an accountant to assist me with my accounting and tax needs. I am also looking for a great property manager in Centralia, Lewis County, about 25 miles south of Olympia. Any recommendations? Thanks in advance.
