Hello Roi,

I just moved from Miami to Tampa. The market in Miami is great if you are going to hold up on a property for more tan 5 years. Prices are all over the place because a lot of immigrants paying more than full price for the properties causing the market to appreciate very quick. There are some area in Miami that are growing a lot like North Miami and Wynwood.

Best of luck.

Thank you everyone who answered my question!!

If any of you have any advice or want to meet and share experiences let me know.

Regards,

David Ramirez

Hello Everyone, I want to know how everyone is adapting to this new way of working. Here in Tampa I see a lot of investors betting on new construction and rentals, while fix and flips are left behind. I think that there is still a good market for fix and flips but you have to be conservative on the numbers you run for the holding period because with this situation going on there is a lot of people holding on their saving accounts.

Let me know what you guys think.

Hello everyone, My name is David Ramirez I am 23 years old. I have been studying real state since June of last year year and I like every single aspect of it. I have been reading a lot and learning as much as I can. I want to get my hands dirty before getting my first property, which it’s gonna be in about three month. I have investing experience but with trading stock market and in others retail businesses. I live in Weston Florida but since the properties here in Miami are overpriced, I did a market research of the cities near by and Tampa seems to be a good city to invest in either Rentals and Flipping.  If anyone could help me with getting a bit of a taste in the field I would appreciated a lot. I will be on Tampa Tuesday 11 of this month.

Nice to meet you all.
