Have you considered doing a portfolio loan on your properties and taking some cash out for the next investment property? 

@Jason Smith I like Godaddy, they have plenty of software to help you create your page yourself. My suggestion is keep it simple, easy access to the docs and listings you have. There is also an app called fiverr that you can get free lancers to help with graphic design, website design, logos etc that could help too.

Just want to learn the most I can about commercial lenders lending to LLC, the good and the bad.

@Carlos Ptriawan I know lenders that will lend to LLC and will save you a lot of money versus the HML. You can also do a portfolio loan on multiple properties, and open opportunities for buying over the 10 properties you mentioned. Message me anytime if you would like to learn more.

@Evelyn Badia Great story, thanks for sharing. I guess hurricane Sandy didn't affect the house too bad, my dad lost a passed down baby grand piano in his apartment and much more.

@Adam Witek I would suggest getting an LLC to help protect yourself and your investments.

@Adam Witek Shop it, I only do loans for LLC but I can beat that with your scenario.
