Thank you so much!

Thanks for the advice!

Hey all,

I live in CT and I have a bet with my neighbor who flips houses that I can bring him a wholesale deal by using the community power of Biggerpockets. Hes very old school(not internet friendly) and does not believe I can find a deal in CT using the internet. So I come to you here on BP. If you know any wholesalers in the area please help me out and comment below.

Thanks,

Dave

From CT here! I was wondering if anyone had a lender who would do 15% downpayment on a 2-3 unit home. I know covid changed the way banks lend, but if anyone has a lender who currently does this your help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Thanks,

Dave

Refinance your fha loan into a 5% conventional like tomorrow. Rates are low, then use your FHA on a 4 unit. It should take you a month to refinance and would eliminate the need to try and get a second fha loan.

I have a deal of 4 rental college houses. The owners are open to owner financing. We have an LLC an enough cash for 10% down or around 100k. The question is how do you actually do owner financing? Do we have the owners finance the downpayment with a plan to pay them back? If so how is that structured... Or do we have the owners finance the whole thing? If that happens how do we pay our broker? Just so many questions about how to structure the deal. Any feedback would help!

Thank you I will look into that as well!

Thank you I will call them tomorrow!

I am looking to purchase a single family house for an investment in Connecticut. Does anyone know of a Connecticut credit union that would allow for a 15% down payment?

I am looking at a few options for right now. Does anyone know of any lenders that are doing 80% LTV on investment properties in CT? I have around 50k and I am debating a 3 family versus a few cheap condos. Thanks for your input
