@Tyler Winchell Are you referring to refinancing a home you own free and clear? If that is your question, yes you absolutely can. Any mortgage broker/loan officer/ bank can walk you through what options are available for your situation!

@Javier Gaillard you should reach out to an attorney in your state. Both eviction and LLC laws vary by both state and even municipalities.

@David Smit I mean I’m not a lawyer but I don’t see why it wouldn’t be LEGAL per say, but what’s the point? I’m not sure why that would matter. (Not being rude, just don’t really understand)

Also on kind of a side note, is there a way to access those dashboard features from the iOS app?

@Taylor L. Exactly I agree. I want to live in one place (mostly) forever but have the option to leave when I want for as long as I want.
