Hello, can someone please recommend a real estate attorney who can record a judgment in Columbus? Thank you!

call the county recorder if you have a judgement you should be able to walk it in or mail it in and record.. just call the recorder to verify how much they will charge to record it.. they charge by the page normally.

Hi - I am not local and my judgment is from out of state to an LLC. I believe LLCs must be represented by an attorney in OH. Thus I need an attorney.

Derek, thanks for your response!

Hey everyone, I was wondering if anyone experienced with purchasing sub-to can let me know any tips about paying the lender.  Obviously they should be paid on-time but what is the best way to do it?  Online? Mailing in a check?  Does it even matter?  Also, is insurance just as simple as having the seller call their agent and add the buyer on as an additional insured?

Yep...I almost added (other than "on-time") in the question haha...  I am hoping someone with a lot of subject-to experience can answer.

What is the best way to make the payments on a subject-to mortgage?

Hello all! I have a specialty real estate brokerage doing approximately $7m in sales annually in Pennsylvania. I would like to explore starting an an in-house ancillary mortgage brokerage business with at least one loan originator who would be a 1099 independent contractor.   Anyone available to talk to me about setting up such a brokerage?  Are there any independent mortgage brokers out there using the Arive system?
