Starting mortgage brokerage as ancillary business

Hello all! I have a specialty real estate brokerage doing approximately $7m in sales annually in Pennsylvania. I would like to explore starting an an in-house ancillary mortgage brokerage business with at least one loan originator who would be a 1099 independent contractor.   Anyone available to talk to me about setting up such a brokerage?  Are there any independent mortgage brokers out there using the Arive system?
