PAYING LENDER ON A SUB-TO DEAL

David M. Tkacik

Hey everyone, I was wondering if anyone experienced with purchasing sub-to can let me know any tips about paying the lender.  Obviously they should be paid on-time but what is the best way to do it?  Online? Mailing in a check?  Does it even matter?  Also, is insurance just as simple as having the seller call their agent and add the buyer on as an additional insured?
