I'm looking to start cutting back on my workload.  Looking for a reasonably priced reliable handyman to help with tenant turnovers, and other assorted projects.  Would rather focus more on the business end at this point as I'm a hack carpenter lol

I haven't had a tenant changeover in awhile.  The inspector I used in the past has retired. The unit is in good order.  Never had problems with dust samples etc., as the house has replacement windows, new doors etc.  My only concern is an overly picky inspector whom I've never dealt with.  Can they fail me for small cracks in drywall?  Scuffed up stairways in common areas?

I'm only concerned with someone overly subjective, since I've never used them.  I'm fine with paying for a certificate of conformance, just don't want to be forced to do ridiculous things.

I've got everything in writing from her.  Also have a security deposit.  She's a working professional with a good job.  I've seen many things go sideways but at this point I'm in much better position than before.

Got it squared away today. She's paying thru the 15th and leaving the weekend before. I can show anytime before 6pm. Thanks for the help!

Hello! I've got a tenant who had said she was planning to leave the unit upon expiration of lease.  Lease ends July 30, she tells me she will leave by August 1, or maybe the 15th of August.  Nothing is firm.  I asked her for times I can show the apartment, and still after 5 days have received no news about her vacating the unit, nor times I can show the apartment.

What do I do at this point?
