Anyone know a good lead inspector in RI?

I haven't had a tenant changeover in awhile.  The inspector I used in the past has retired. The unit is in good order.  Never had problems with dust samples etc., as the house has replacement windows, new doors etc.  My only concern is an overly picky inspector whom I've never dealt with.  Can they fail me for small cracks in drywall?  Scuffed up stairways in common areas?

I'm only concerned with someone overly subjective, since I've never used them.  I'm fine with paying for a certificate of conformance, just don't want to be forced to do ridiculous things.
