Tenant not giving firm date of vacancy

Hello! I've got a tenant who had said she was planning to leave the unit upon expiration of lease.  Lease ends July 30, she tells me she will leave by August 1, or maybe the 15th of August.  Nothing is firm.  I asked her for times I can show the apartment, and still after 5 days have received no news about her vacating the unit, nor times I can show the apartment.

What do I do at this point?

Not to be cynical, just prepare for her not to follow through.  I learned pretty quickly not to pay much attention to what a tenant says, but what they actually do.
