I've looked and researched and have even driven for dollars and saw one property so far. I live in a very non metro politin area but I know w due diligence som we thing will pop up. My problem now is do I look for a flip or try to go for a rental? It seems starting out a rental would not be the first thing to go for nor would a flip. I think TT he basics of just s wholesale deal is the answer?

looking for someone who would like to team up in the sw kansas area to get into this fast rapid growing area. I have some good leads and ideas on how to do this. Please contact me if intetested.

I definitely want to sell properties and at some point start investing in property that I can put some equity into and generate steady cash flow. Also maybe flip some houses here and there but I think the end goal for me is to become one who invest in smart opportunities so I can maximize my profits. The road there is long and I know it will take a lot of work, patience and due diligence. But the first place for me to find my path to is making that first initial sell and reinvesting money smartly so that in time I stand on a solid portfolio. Thanks for your post.

I've done a lot of research a have spent countless hours reading up on discussions here. I'm new to all of this and am not seeking handouts or anyone to go out of their way here. But Im curious as to the term wholesale? I'm an electrician by trade but the life of being involved in real estate just fascinates me to no end. I want get into the real estate venture but even after researching and going over things countless times I still find myself wondering "Where do I even begin?" If somebody, anybody could point me towards the Holy Frail of knowledge please do so.
