very new to bigger pockets and have dreamed my whole life about getting into real estate transactions. Lots of great stuff on here and a lot of veterans on here as well. I don't even know where to begin, I read so much info on his here it's just incredible the wealth of knowledge their is here. I'm an electrician wanting to chase my dream in this market and I have some concrete ideas that could be very useful to anyone if interested in my sw kansas dream. Cause it's here I know it is. Take care to all and have a blessed day.

Good Luck! I'm from small town KS as well. Grab the BP beginners guide for free. Pick your strategy and grab a book or two. @brandonturner has written some well thought out books that are like $20. Take care.
