I've done a lot of research a have spent countless hours reading up on discussions here. I'm new to all of this and am not seeking handouts or anyone to go out of their way here. But Im curious as to the term wholesale? I'm an electrician by trade but the life of being involved in real estate just fascinates me to no end. I want get into the real estate venture but even after researching and going over things countless times I still find myself wondering "Where do I even begin?" If somebody, anybody could point me towards the Holy Frail of knowledge please do so.
