Huntsville, Alabama!

Thanks so much for the advice and tips! My goal is to really add value with a quick video every week so these great suggestions are super helpful!

Hi guys! Our company has recently started a youtube channel to help educate the public on investment strategies, property management concepts, and overall real estate and market tips/info. I am seeking video ideas outside of the box that can help answer questions that investors might have about the area or details about how the market might work. So far, we have done why Huntsville is a great place to relocate to and why Huntsville is a great place to invest in. Does anybody have any questions you would like to have answered in video form? Thanks in advance for any and all help!

Here at Puliatti Properties we have a very robust CRM that can facilitate communication from tenant to property manager to contractor for repairs in minutes. The number one rule is you have to pro-actively communicate. Good luck finding someone who can do a bit better!

Just curious if any investors have any interest in a small pocket area within about 35-45 minutes of Huntsville metro with a significantly lower cost of living and a top notch school district? Huntsville was recently named #1 place to live by US News and World Report. With a local average of about $600 less than the national average for a 3-bedroom and a decrease of about 39% in $/month rent of studio apartments, Huntsville is by far one of the most competitive markets in America. And for those wondering if we have indoor plumbing and central AC, Huntsville actually has the most PHDs per capita in America as well due to all the NASA and tech relocating to the area!
