I have been so excited to get into the Property Management side of Real Estate after several years in residential retail! I just joined Puliatti Properties and with over one hundred properties already in management I am so excited to jump in with both feet! Any advice for a new property manager just getting started? Thanks in advance!

@David Hostios Welcome!  @Nathan Gesner consistently offers sound advice on these forums. Searching his name in the forums will give you lots of examples of sound recommendations on a myriad of problems we face. He has some strong commentary on government that he often sprinkles into his posts. This said, his property management thoughts are top shelf.
