@Anna Boguslavsky

I wrote the BRRRR book, the book on investing out of state, and also live in CA. So I might be able to offer you a perspective that covers all three. Send me a message here on BP, or follow me on IG and DM me there (@DavidGreene24) for a faster response. Hopefully I can help

@Kyler Cook yes he does like to say that. It's a cool saying though. "Velocity"

Also helps make people pretty wealthy.

@Benjamin Seibert send me a message if you want to know anything more about house hacking. I can help find you an agent to help you. I've got about five clients of my own doing this right now and it's pretty awesome

In today's crazy real estate world, you need to be ready to act at a moment's notice, but analyzing a deal can take HOURS! The real question is, does it have to?

David says this all the time, and it's so true: "The faster I can analyze a property, the more properties I can analyze. The more properties I can analyze, the more deals I can offer on. The more deals I can offer on, the more houses I close on. The more houses I close on..." well, you get the point! He has seen deals fall through, right in front of him, and was able to step in to put the property under contract quickly, while making sure that everyone got what they needed. This is a skill that should be mastered by all! Join us as we discuss how he does it and how you can too!

@Account Closed thanks for the mention! I've done several long distance flips myself. They aren't any different than when I do a local flip (I don't do anything special when it's local compared to long distance). In my experience when a deal like this goes bad it's because of the people involved, not the location.
