Hey! This year at BPcon we'll be doing a live podcast (as we do every year) with a few podcasts hosts. My question is-what have you always wanted to know about the podcast but never been able to ask? Anything goes! It can be about brandon's beard, my head razor, or Rob's quaff-whatever you've wanted to know but haven't asked, ask here and we'll discuss it live!

Quote from @Alicia Marks:

Welcome to. our newest question of the week! We know that the fed is planning to raise rates this week and possibly several more times before the end of the year. This has investors recalibrating and rerunning their deals in progress to make their best decisions.

For those still purchasing, what is your method for financing? If you are getting private lenders, it would be helpful to mention your rates and terms. That helps people newer to looking for funding have a better idea as well. Here's to hunting deals!

I am using the One Brokerage for all of my loans. Possible in just about every state.

@Dan Shanahan as a general rule, high property taxes tend to keep property values lower. We see this a lot in areas like Texas. If taxes were lower (like in CA) prices would likely be much higher.

I'm planning on buying my first sound of STR's and they will be out of state. Would like to connect with others doing this with a decent sized portfolio and learn:

1. What systems are you using to manage scheduling, payments, logistical coordination (cleaning, restocking, etc)

2. What marketing efforts are working

3. What are the key metrics to be successful
