I purchased my first rental property in 2016 with my ex. I did not want to hire a management company and decided to do everything myself to squeeze as much profit as possible. The extra income was great but it took away most of my free time. After my divorce she was awarded the rental property and I kept the primary residence. A few years later, I decided it was time for my move from northern Illinois to Florida but I didn't want to sell my property, so I hired a management company. They did the tenant screening, handling of tenant issues and rent collection. My peace of mind has a higher value to me, so I decided to pay the monthly fee of 10% and still receive what I believe to be a great income each month. I am now looking to purchase my next rental here in Florida and will again use a management company.

here is my reply to this about Kris Krohn, for me I don't like many of them charging money for stuff, but when I can call or Text Kris about my deals and he answers thats big to me.  If it wasn't for his training, I wouldn't have done a fix n flip and made $70,000 in 6 weeks, but I also took action, which most won't.
