@Jordan Schwartz congrats on the investing. I would look towards the Midwest. Every market is different, but in general you will probably get the best bang for your buck.

@Madison Balter I do not like the deal. I mean everyone has their own opinion, but if I’m investing 63k, I want more than 200 dollars a month. I’d also want a higher cash on cash return. So for me, these numbers would not work.
Hi everyone. I’m looking for some recommendations on property management in Northern Kentucky. I’m currently in the process of buying a small multi family and I need to find a good property manager. Thanks all for the help.

@Kurt Ringenberg I would look to do a cash out refi and then BRRR the next property.

Hi @Pearly Tan  Welcome to BP. I was also a BP lurker for a long time. My best advise is just keep logging into BP. Watch as many webinars as you can. Read as much as you can.

@Samuel S Gonzalez best of luck!  I highly recommend watching webinars and reading BP.  I have learned a ton this way.  Let me know if you have any questions.

Hi @Leah C.  good luck and welcome!  I also invest in the area. Feel free to pm me if you have any questions.

@Will Jimenez you will have to check. Every state will have its own laws. I believe in California you have to disclose if anyone has passed away in the house in the past 10 years.
Like I tried to tell you early in this post Wes. Most people who “know Stockton”, run away from it. It has problems from top to bottom. I’m glad other people have started to post their stories about dealing with Stockton. As a side note Wes, if you ever have a question about a home in Stockton please feel free to let me know. I can check it out for you.
