How to acquire more properties
Hi my name is Kurt, this is my first post. I’m 21, married and looking to build a somewhat passive income stream through real estate. I currently work in a steel&wire mill making 55k a year and trying to avoid doing this for another 40 years. I have a sfh that is paid off and is worth 80k that I am renting out for 900/month. I’m looking for advice and ways to grow at a faster rate to acquire properties rather than saving for 20% down on from my w2 job.
Thanks in advance
