Hello! We are new investors and looking in the Cincinnati area. We are interested in the buy and hold strategy and plan to start with single family homes or small multiple family properties. I'm a nurse and my husband is a teacher and we have two daughters under the age of four. We are excited and nervous to start our real estate investing journey. We both want the freedom to work when we want. Looking forward to making connections.

Welcome to BP @Leah C.! What strategy are you looking to deploy? Something ready to rent, turn key, or something that needs work, maybe a lot of work as in a BRRRR strategy?
Welcome to BP, and congratulations on making the decision to invest in your future via real estate.
I have written a few blog posts that may help you get started here on BP, and with your investing. Please click on the links, give them a read, and share your thoughts in the comments.
First is a post that I feel will help not get overwhelmed with the amount of info that is here on BP:
The last one is a post that will help you choose an “investor friendly” real estate agent. There are many agents out there, but it’s important to choose the right one.

@Leah C. Great choice! I am originally from Cincinnati and have family still living there, I currently live in NY though, so cincy was my first choice of where to invest. If you need anything or just wish to connect, I'm available. Love talking RE.
