Hi I'm a new member but I have had rental property myself since 2010. My family has had rental property since the 50's. I was only involved with collecting rent and cleaning out sewers. I bought my first three homes at auction and it was not planned but I have paid for it three times already. Tomorrow I close on my 8th deal. I really feel like I have been very lucky to this point with my residential property. I also have commercial property that I struggle with daily a very expensive and hard lesson I learned. I'm always looking for advise and glad to be part of the group. If you are ever in south eastern Kentucky look me up.
