I was thinking about stating a real estate investors meeting in the south eastern Kentucky Area. I have a place in London, Ky. Do we have any people in the area that would be interested? I'm not an expert at all I have a few properties but I learn everyday figured it would be helpful to talk to others in the area in a meeting venue.

I was wondering does Bigger Pockets ever sponsor a vacation I mean come conference? Like a cruise conference or a nice beach conference. I know over another group that does and just wanted to know if BP does. As many memberships BP has I would think it could sell out quickly.

Has anyone purchased property the the US treasury seized from people. If so do you k ow if all back taxes have to be paid or just the taxes they have listed? Also it ask for a cashiers check to be written for the deposit to the company auctioning off the property however if you do that and not have it written to Or your name the bank won’t give you back the funds does anyone know if they will accept the check if it has Or someone’s name on it.

Over 22000 total square feet of mixed commercial space. six total buildings 22 units mostly office space. 2 buildings built in 2005 and have been kept in excellent condition other buildings are from the 80's and 40's need minor improvements and new roof.  Income potential of over 20,000k monthly. Going rates for the area are about 12$ a square ft.  Main building is advertised as a short term ready office space with offices set up and utilities included.  the reset of the buildings tenets pays most expenses. Has anyone utilized a sales funnel approach on their site for either commercial real estate or even the residential real estate leasing. Pro's and Cons? success or failures? 

I have done that in Kentucky with a bank I work very closely with. But I had some hopes I had to jump through to get it done. And as I said I have a very good relationship with the small town bank.

Ok not a real estate question but I know its something that affects us all. Health Insurance what does everyone do when they are doing real estate full time, for Health insurance. Obama care has been Trumped up to the point it is pointless and in my area does not exist any more. I work just for my insurance but its going up so high its almost not worth working any more. My wife the same. Its a shame we just don't all because an organization for group health insurance lol.  So what are your secrets to paying for drugs and doctor visists ?
