Hello BP Community, my question today is - what's some good ways to find renters before you buy - to minimize holding cost if any.

I was kind of thinking social media and Craigslist of course I would vet them first.. but any other suggestions?

thanks!

Hi every one! Hope you all are doing well! Health wealth and happiness!

I have a question, but let me fill you in first..

- I owned a home with 2 lots.

- I lived there for 3 years.

- I sold my home on 1 lot and kept the vacant lot to sell individually. I sold my house in 2018.

> What's the best way to sell my vacant, in an LLC? Or individually? (In witch way can I keep most of my money) thanks.

Hey yall. I just wanted to say I have a really good licensed insured and bonded roofing contractor if anyone is in need for their building/s. They focus on Industrial and Commercial flat roofs but are excellent in shingles as well incase you have a mansoor style Flat.

Or if you're a property manager or in property management or starting a property manager business & you need a roofing company to work with you and your property's.

Contact me here and we can move to the next step with sharing info.

ADEK Roofing.

Tell em' David Sent you.

hey yall! Im looking into buying mobiles that are already in the parks, I called

https://www.flhsmv.gov/contact-us/

There is a phone number about  Dealer and broker licensing. Call them :)

The lady explained to me I can buy and rent without a license.

If I buy the mobile home and move it to the parks I will need a brokers and if I sell mobiles I'll need a dealers license. After the first one within 12 months.

Please correct me. But this is what I was told. So furthermore I'll buy my first this month. I can close in 10-14 days paying cash. I just went be able to sell it yet?

I'm also not clear about how many I can buy to rent, but if I'm not moving the home or selling the home, I should be ok.

Again, this was from the number I called and the site link i posted.

Yall take care!

What's going on everybody, I'm looking into the Florida market on the Gulf side for some manufactured mobile homes.

If anybody can point me in to a appropriate management company I would love to work with them, I've called a few places and I don't have many responses

I live up in the Chicago land region so property management is going to be key
