In Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin I can replace ac units for about $2700. I did 2 this summer.  I put Central air in all of my rentals. Tenants can sometimes destroy windows and floors by nailing window units to the window or trim to secure them or not installing them properly.

I have never had a closing take 30 days.  As others have said get another title company. I usually close in 3 to days after my offer is accepted.
