Does anyone have a software tool to help with writing offers/contracts?

From experience, I've used dot loop, remine, docusign, and others.  But none of them allowed me to enter common values, like 7 days due diligence, etc and other common data fields.

Does anyone have an automation tool or similar?

Seasoned flipping investors- if you could go back in time (not to 2010) when you started investing, what actions would you do to attract private money partners? Meetups maybe, but also what do private money partners need from investors in order to feel comfortable lending?

@Account ClosedAre Managing brokers willing to take 0% commission when agents buy multiple houses, say 10 in a year?  I've haven't had that discussion yet.

Thanks @Mike Cumbie.  I accessed my Matrix good and bad.  The list is there but they don't provide emails in the list view but they do show emails in the detail/card view, but they won't let you print all of them).  Thanks again...I'm still digging on this.  Otherwise, I will have to add emails manually to the list of agents.  If I'm doing something wrong please let me know - Dave

Does anyone have a "behind in taxes" list source that they would recommend? I want to send direct mail to a targeted list and would appreciate any recommended sources. - Dave

@Aaron Mazzrillo

By no means am i defending z buyer, but for the record...Google (and all search engines) rotate the web results displayed for websites with paid ads.  Meaning, as an online marketer, you pay google $100 a day for the phase "sell my house fast" and since its a competitive phrase, your may show up RANDOMLY a handful of times throughout the day.

I know because I had an adwords campaign running for a year and every now and then I would check to make sure my site was showing up in the search results.  Half the time, my adwords Ad would not show.  My gut is Zbuyer is good in specific markets only.  I'm in Atlanta and I doubt its any good here.....?

@Gerald Harris

Hi Gerald,

I have the same question.  I've heard from many sources that code violation lists are available, but i haven't been able to see or get them.  Can't find online and a few code violation offices said they won't supply.

Would you be open to sharing your source?

Anyone else know of Knock.co?

They claim they will buy a persons house if they can't sell it.  And they will pay "MARKET" price...matter that means.

Would love to hear what they offer to pay and what their contract to list is....

I was reading this post to find out about Preston Elys REO rockstar (even at $37 i'm concerned its a waste of time.)

But what i also learned was the Tommy Vu video is awesome.  Hysterical!  (you too can be millionaire!)
