If anyone can recommend a property manager in the eastern Boston area that deals well with out of state investers that are just starting out.

For all those that listed to the latest podcast with @David Greene. He was talking about the core 4 I'm in the process of looking for a property manager. My question is how far away from your area would you suggest the managment company be based out of. "Is an hour to far". If there is anyone with a lead to a good reliable managment company in the Natick Massachusetts area please let me know thanks.

@Joe Facenda thanks a lot very helpful. I am a newby  looking for my first property and, I don't think 30 days  is enough to do a deal just yet. I agreed to the exclusive right however I got it at 3 months instead of 6.

Is there a good step by step vetting process  when it comes to a pm. For example, Brandon turner put out a video the 4  steps to great tenants.
